Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Our Little Film, a brand of Goods Hunter, based in Bussum, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number [KvK-nummer]. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we make

Our Little Film creates personal, digital films based on the photos and the story you provide. Our films are made with modern AI film technology and are directed and reviewed by a human before delivery. Every film is custom made: it is created especially for you and does not exist without your material.

2. Order and agreement

An agreement is concluded as soon as you place an order and the payment has been completed. After your order you receive a confirmation by email with instructions for sending us your photos. The delivery period starts once we have received all required material in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Payment is processed through the secure Shopify checkout, including iDEAL and credit card. We deliver only after full payment has been received.

4. Supplying material

You guarantee that you have the right to use the photos and texts you supply and that the people shown (or their legal representatives) have given permission. For photos of minors you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or have permission from the parent or guardian. We may refuse or cancel an order if the supplied material is unlawful, offensive or inappropriate; in that case you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

Our films are digital products and are delivered by email with a download link. Indicative delivery times: Memories within 24 to 48 hours and The Little Film within 48 to 72 hours after we have received your complete material. With the rush option, the faster period stated there applies. These periods are indicative; we do our utmost to meet them and will inform you if it unexpectedly takes longer.

6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as we have not yet started producing your film. Please contact us as soon as possible to do so.

Our films are fully personalised digital products made to your specifications. Under the law (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply once production has started. By placing your order you expressly agree to this and declare that you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as we start production.

7. Revision

Not completely happy? Every film includes one revision round: within 14 days of delivery you indicate which scenes (up to three) you would like changed, and we adjust them. Larger changes or additional revision rounds are possible by arrangement at an additional charge.

8. Licence and intellectual property

After delivery and full payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use your film for private purposes: watching, downloading, sharing with family and friends and posting on your personal social media channels. Commercial use is not permitted without our written consent. We never use your film or material for our own marketing without your prior consent.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Contact us via the contact page. We usually respond within one working day and always look for a solution together first. You can also submit a dispute via the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
