Frequently asked questions
How well written does my story need to be?
Not perfect at all: tell it the way you would tell a friend. We turn it into the script. The more concrete the moments, the more beautiful the scenes.
Which photos do I need to send?
You upload them right on this page, before you check out. At least 2 photos per person is already enough (more is always welcome), with the person’s name in the file name so we know exactly who is who, plus ideally 1–2 photos together. Photos of places that belong to the story (your house, that one beach) are not required, but help us make the result even more beautiful. Tips: sharp, face clearly visible, no sunglasses.
Can there be more than four people in the film?
Above, you choose a package for 1 to 4 main characters. More than four? Send us a message through the contact page and we'll see together what's possible.
What if I want to change something?
One revision round is included: you point out which scenes should be different and we adjust them.
What happens to my photos?
Only used for your film, stored securely and automatically deleted after 90 days.
